It's no wonder we push through and avoid uncomfortable feelings and experiences. We might imagine how much better life could be without them and can find all kinds of creative ways to be free from what hurts. Consequently, we often find ourselves hurting in different ways because we haven't finished with what hurt us in the first place. 

In therapy, growth and change are possible through awareness of your feelings, sensations, and your ways of relating right now. The therapeutic relationship and your courage to feel the feelings you have in the present create the possibility to heal from traumas of the past and rediscover your creativity and spontaneity in the present. 

I offer individual therapy to adults who seek support around such issues as anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, addiction, anger, challenges related to autism, ADHD, eating disorders, life changes, relationship challenges, and self confidence. LGBTQ2S+ allied.
